Last updated: June 2, 2026
1. Why documents are uploaded
LeakageFix reviews freight documents to identify possible freight-cost questions, invoice differences, accessorial charges, missing backup, broker pricing review opportunities, and other freight-cost issues.
2. Documents you may upload
- Freight invoices.
- Broker invoices or bills.
- Carrier invoices.
- Rate confirmations and quotes.
- Bills of lading.
- Proofs of delivery.
- Accessorial charge backup.
- Shipment notes or lane information relevant to freight review.
3. Documents you should not upload
- Unrelated tax forms, personal identification records, or medical records.
- Bank account documents or unrelated financial statements.
- Employee records or private HR documents.
- Documents you do not have permission to share.
- Any file unrelated to freight-cost review.
4. What happens after upload
Uploaded documents are stored in Mission Control and reviewed by a human. A document may be marked as uploaded, needs review, reviewed, missing information, not usable, or archived.
5. No automatic conclusions
Uploading a document does not automatically create a savings claim, refund request, credit request, quote, shipment, payment request, or broker/carrier accusation.
6. Consent statement
By uploading documents, you confirm that you have authority to share them with Feresu Logistics LLC / LeakageFix for freight-cost review and related business follow-up. You understand that findings are review drafts until reviewed and approved by a human.
7. Removal requests
You may request that documents be removed, subject to legal, accounting, contractual, operational, or dispute-related retention needs.
