LeakageFix is a freight cost review and digital brokerage support workflow operated by Feresu Logistics LLC. We help shippers review freight invoices, broker bills, rate confirmations, shipment documents, and related freight-cost information.

2. Information we collect

When you submit a freight review request, we may collect:

• Company name, contact name, email, phone number, website, city, and state.
• Industry, shipment frequency, freight spend range, common shipment types, and shipping-method information.
• Notes about freight problems, lanes, regions, invoices, accessorial charges, and broker/shipping concerns.
• Uploaded documents such as freight invoices, broker invoices, rate confirmations, BOLs, PODs, and accessorial backup.
• Internal review notes, document review statuses, audit finding drafts, savings report drafts, and follow-up drafts.

3. How we use information

We use submitted information to:

• Review freight costs and supporting documents.
• Create internal document review records and audit finding drafts.
• Create human-reviewed savings report drafts.
• Contact you if you gave consent and a human reviewer decides follow-up is appropriate.
• Improve our freight review and brokerage support workflow.

4. What we do not do automatically

Submitting a form or uploading documents does not automatically:

• Create a freight quote.
• Create a shipment or dispatch a carrier.
• Request payment.
• Email your broker, carrier, customer, or any third party.
• Guarantee savings, refunds, credits, or billing outcomes.

5. Document handling

Uploaded documents are used for freight-cost review only. You should upload only documents relevant to freight review. Do not upload unrelated personal records, tax forms, health records, banking records, or sensitive documents not needed for freight-cost review.

6. Sharing information

We do not sell customer information. We may share information only when needed to provide the service, comply with law, protect our business, or with your permission. Any broker, carrier, or customer-facing communication requires human review.

7. Data retention

We may retain submitted information and uploaded documents for business records, review history, dispute support, compliance, and service improvement. You may request deletion, subject to legal, accounting, contractual, or operational retention needs.

8. Security

We use reasonable safeguards to protect submitted information. No system can be guaranteed completely secure. Public production launch should use HTTPS, access controls, file upload restrictions, and backup procedures.
