1. Review-only service

LeakageFix provides freight cost review, document review, audit finding drafts, savings report drafts, and digital brokerage support workflow. A freight review request is not the same as booking a shipment.

2. No guaranteed savings

Any amount shown in a report is a possible review difference based on available documents. It is not a guaranteed savings amount, refund, credit, recovery, or final billing decision.

3. No automatic freight quote or shipment

Submitting information or documents does not create a freight quote, shipment order, carrier assignment, rate confirmation, dispatch, payment request, or contractual shipment obligation.

4. Human review required

Documents, audit findings, savings reports, follow-up messages, brokerage recommendations, quotes, payments, carrier decisions, and shipment actions require human review and approval.

5. Customer responsibility

You are responsible for providing accurate information and uploading only documents you have the right to share. You should review all findings and reports before relying on them for business decisions.

6. No automatic broker or carrier accusation

LeakageFix does not automatically accuse brokers, carriers, vendors, or other parties of wrongdoing. Findings are review questions or possible differences that require supporting evidence and human judgment.

7. Brokerage support is separate

If you request freight brokerage support after a review, separate approval, pricing, carrier selection, shipment documentation, and payment terms may be required.

8. Accessorial charges

Accessorial charges such as detention, layover, lumper fees, TONU, driver assist, extra stops, and similar charges require human review and are not automatically approved.

9. Limitation of review

The quality of any review depends on the documents and information provided. Missing, incomplete, inaccurate, or unclear documents may limit what can be reviewed.
